Cost Breakdown
Summit has 14 bedrooms for 16-17 members. Three of the rooms (4, 6, and 7~) are double occupancy. Members are responsible for paying rent on the 1st of each month. Fortunately, the cooperative nature of our home helps keep costs low. Monthly rent is composed of three fees:
- House Rate is set at $384* for all members. This fee includes utilities, internet, cable, phone, waste disposal.
- Food Charge is set at $84* for all members. This fee includes 5 house dinners that are offered Sunday-Thursday and numerous pantry staples such as rice, flour, sugar, pasta, spices, and more. Members may not opt out of this charge.
- Room Rate ranges from $0-$371* depending on the room size and whether the room is single or double occupancy.
~Room 7 may also be rented as a single room.

Rooms
Bedrooms are not furnished, so new members should be prepared to provide their own furniture. We may have some furniture available but this is not guaranteed. Summit is a smoke free house. No smoking is allowed indoors at any time.
