Workjobs are one of the most vital aspects of cooperative living. They are the "household chores" necessary for the house to survive. Each member is assigned 5 credits of workjobs, which average to approximately 5 hours a week. This is only an approximation, though. Time spent on workjobs vary depending upon the workjob, efficiency of the individual, and sometimes the season of the year. For example, we have 5 dinners a week. This means that cooking is very important, but it also is very time-consuming. Therefore, someone assigned 3 credits of cooking cooks once every 2 weeks. A workjob that varies depending upon the season is grounds. The summer and fall present the most work for this crew. On the other hand, winter and spring present very little other than shoveling snow. Workjobs and their assigned credits are as follows:
